Hi I'm Justice Lara, and I am a Graphic Designer from Phoenix, Arizona with my Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Arts and Performance with a focus in Graphic Design and Video Production. I started my graphic design career my freshman year of college as a front desk assistant when I was asked to design flyers for events. After a few weeks I was designing flyers and posters almost everyday because of my natural eye for visual aesthetics and know-how of Photoshop and Illustrator. From there I was promoted from front desk to head of Multimedia for The New College Student Experience Center, where I worked on all the flyers, posters, and videos for the department.
In 2016, I was offered the amazing opportunity of studying abroad for a semester in New Zealand. I studied there as a Multimedia student where I learned more about video production and visual design. All the meanwhile beginning to freelance and design for artists and small organizations that where looking to start marketing their brand. When I returned I continued my freelancing and soon after got an internship as an intern graphic designer where I am learning about branding and marketing on a corporate level.
In my spare time I enjoy playing video games, reading, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy working with people and get along great with almost everyone I meet and collaborate with. I love graphic design and aspire to keep growing in my field and bettering my craft.
